No Animals Allowed: Due to this homeowner allergy, we are unable to welcome any animals including service and/or emotional support animals. Minimum Age: 25 We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy the property unless accompanied by Parent or Guardian No Parties or Events Allowed IMPORTANT NOTES: - Maximum of 6 Total Occupants per City of Holmes Beach (city ordinance / building codes) and House Rules. - You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
